All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

• International: 7–20 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
