Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Photos of the original packaging

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will correct the issue.


Sizing & Fit

Please review size charts carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items
Customized or made-to-order products
Worn or washed items


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where an error is confirmed on our end. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


Chargebacks
